The single Cooking class will feature the following
Appetiser: Roasted tomato soup with basil cream
– A creamy soup made from roasted red tomatoes, refined with a fresh basil cream. This soup is a perfect starter and brings colour and flavour to the table.
2nd Side dish: Mediterranean salad with chickpeas and feta
– A fresh salad with chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and feta cheese, flavoured with a lemon-olive oil dressing. This salad brings freshness and lightness to the menu.
3rd Main course: Vegetable lasagne
– Layers of fresh pasta sheets, grilled vegetables such as courgettes and peppers, spinach and a flavoursome tomato sauce, rounded off with a creamy béchamel sauce.
4th Dessert: Lemon mousse
– A light, refreshing mousse made from fresh lemons, served with a hint of mint.
