A 4-course menu for a cooking class with a ‘meet up’ theme is a wonderful opportunity to explore different flavours and encourage social interaction
*First course: Appetiser – Tomato and basil bruschetta*
Start with a classic Italian appetiser that is light and refreshing. Freshly sliced tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil are served on crusty baguette. This starter is easy to prepare and an ideal starter to whet your appetite.
*Second course: Soup – Creamy pumpkin soup*
This autumnal soup is velvety and full of flavour. Made with fresh pumpkin, flavoured with nutmeg and cinnamon, and finished with a dollop of cream, it brings warmth and comfort. Perfect for a cosy get-together.
*Main course: Lemon and thyme tofu with oven vegetables*
For the main course, we suggest a succulent lemon and thyme tofu baked in the oven. Accompanied by a selection of seasonal oven vegetables such as carrots, potatoes and cabbage, the flavours of lemon and thyme give the dish a fresh and aromatic note.
*Fourth course: Dessert – Tiramisu in a glass*
To round off the menu, we offer a classic Italian dessert served in small glasses. Layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee and mascarpone cream dusted with cocoa powder make for a sweet and satisfying end to the evening.
