This cooking event will feature the following
1 Spanish tortilla: A traditional tortilla made from potatoes and onions, perfect to serve as a small snack or the main component of a tapas meal.
2 Pimientos de Padrón: These small green peppers are fried in olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt – a simple but delicious dish.
3 Patas Bravas: Fried potato cubes served with a flavoursome tomato sauce and aioli. A classic that no tapas course should be without.
4. Gazpacho shots: Cold, refreshing tomato soup served in small glasses, ideal for summer.
5 Pan con Tomate: Toasted bread rubbed with ripe tomatoes, garlic and olive oil – simple yet incredibly flavourful.
7. Champiñones al Ajillo: Garlic mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, a simple and flavourful dish that will delight any mushroom lover.
8 Ensalada de Garbanzos: A refreshing chickpea salad with peppers, red onions and a lemon-olive oil dressing.
